Repeated success leading operational, logistical, consultation and management functions of key initiatives and programs; leverage complementary expertise in business development, administrative operations and management best-practices to seamlessly hold responsibility for and deliver against mission-critical efforts. Built an impressive record of achievement, providing consultation and leadership to the Iraq reconstruction effort spanning economic, political, rule of law, governance, and infrastructure programs.

A highly talented executive with over 38 years of experience and expertise in executive leadership, management, operations, maintenance, development, police and fire services, crisis management, aviation safety and civil aviation security, public affairs, engineering, planning and construction, contracts, leases, finance, personnel management, team building and customer service.

Mr. Shackelford has held CEO leadership positions in both public and private enterprise organizations providing top-notch management, operation and capacity building development services at large and small domestic, international and foreign institutions.
